Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Support – EMEA to lead the regional Sales Support team and modernise the function. You will coach the team, oversee operations across EMEA, and push for data-driven improvements while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and IT.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process optimisation, and the use of automation and AI to enhance service quality and efficiency. Remote UK-based with occasional travel applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and workloads.
• Strong process improvement and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP and digital tools; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA Sales Support team.
• Oversee Sales Support operations across EMEA.
• Monitor and improve operational performance using data and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and modernisation with automation/AI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Act as a hands-on leader supporting the team with escalations.
