Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, territory management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication; able to explain data findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain sales territories based on market analysis, account concentration, and growth potential.
• Support compensation, quota, and incentive processes, including calculations, reconciliation, and reporting as needed.
• Identify and document process gaps, errors, and inefficiencies in territory and revenue operations workflows.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and territory management systems; troubleshoot system issues.
