You’ll navigate complex cycles, influence multiple stakeholders, and aim to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives on a hunter approach with a proven record selling recruiting solutions to large customers.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach.
• Proven track record in selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers.
• Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and mid-market, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstrations and close sales.
• Manage complex sales cycles and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
