Job summary

DMI is a leading provider of digital services and technology solutions, supporting public sector agencies and commercial enterprises worldwide. The Sales Engineer will translate complex mobility requirements into scoped, priced solutions and demonstrate MyServe to technical and executive audiences.

You will support discovery, design multi-service solutions, and assist with proposals, pricing, and handoffs to delivery. Remote work is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture for managed services, SaaS, or enterprise IT services.
• Strong demonstration and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects; map requirements across the service catalog into a coherent solution architecture.
• Own and deliver MyServe demonstrations tailored to the audience for operators and technical evaluators.
• Build the technical volumes of proposals and RFP responses; ensure scoped commitments are deliverable.
