Job summary

Digacore is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect (Remote) to design cloud‑first solutions and lead critical escalations for client environments. You will own end‑to‑end architectures in Azure, M365, and Intune, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring security and compliance across deployments.

You will interface with clients to assess needs, build repeatable designs, and deliver clean documentation and robust operational processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an MSP or high‑volume IT support environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS; Microsoft 365 security; Azure infra; virtualization; networking; scripting; ConnectWise.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments translating business needs into secure, scalable designs.
• Design and implement Azure, M365, and Intune deployments including Autopilot and conditional access.
• Advanced networking design — firewalls, switching, VLANs for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot escalations and perform root‑cause analysis; supervise Level 3+ issues.
• Mentor junior/mid‑level techs and contribute to documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with sales, PMs, and account managers on scope and delivery.
• Drive best practices in cloud security, automation, and MSP tooling.
