Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture for managed services, SaaS, or enterprise IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to run technical discovery and design multi-service solutions for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects and map requirements into a coherent solution architecture.
• Own and deliver MyServe demonstrations tailored to audiences including technical evaluators and executives.
• Build technical volumes of proposals and RFP responses with an accuracy focus and approved pricing.
