Kobie, a leader in loyalty solutions, seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate to support active deals with on-demand sales artifacts, from RFP responses to pitch content, in partnership with Business Development.
The role also builds the enablement engine—playbooks, battlecards, training, and a clean content library—to scale with the team. The successful candidate will drive content quality, leverage AI tools, and contribute to market insights that shape Kobie’s materials and positioning across
Competenze
- 2–4 years in sales enablement or related content support functions.
- Experience producing RFP/RFI responses in Loopio and client-ready decks.
- Ability to translate complex solutions into client narratives and persuasive materials.
Mansioni
- Produce deal-driven artifacts like RFP responses and pitch content in PowerPoint.
- Draft objection-handling guides and talk tracks for live selling.
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and positioning materials.
- Create enablement videos and maintain content repositories for fast retrieval.
