Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to strengthen and scale a growing global sales organization in a fully remote US-based role. You will blend enablement expertise, operations, and data-driven insights to boost performance and revenue growth.

You will own HubSpot CRM processes, streamline workflows, and boost forecasting and reporting capabilities, shaping scalable sales practices across languages and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years in sales enablement, preferably SaaS/software.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs.
• Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with sales CRM and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Develop sales content: decks, battle cards, case studies.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (live and virtual).
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for alignment.
• Measure program impact and optimize accordingly.
• Own HubSpot CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows.
