You will drive growth by aligning customer needs with product capabilities, reengaging dormant prospects, and identifying expansion opportunities while using HubSpot or Salesforce to track KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with B2B SaaS customer success and account management.
• Able to own customer relationships from trials to activation and renewals.
• Comfortable outbound calls and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Own prospect and customer relationships from trials to ongoing value.
• Reengage dormant prospects and identify expansion opportunities.
• Track KPIs such as conversion, retention, and net revenue retention.
