Job summary

Redstone Healthcare is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead and grow its medical imaging sales remotely across core markets. You will drive revenue, shape account strategy, and manage the full sales cycle for ultrasound and diagnostic imaging solutions, including new and refurbished equipment and services.

You will set targets, mentor a high-performing team, build relationships with hospitals and imaging centers, and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• B2B medical device or healthcare technology sales experience preferred.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership in managing sales teams and setting performance expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Comfort working remotely with CRM/digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare Admin; advanced degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
