We’re looking for a true hunter who can also lead from the front. Someone who still wants to carry a number, be in the field, close strategic deals, and coach others to do the same. A player-coach who thrives on pressure, enjoys being accountable, and knows how to turn a promising solution into a national standard.
If you’ve sold into radiology, imaging, X-ray environments, PACS, workflow tools, OEM ecosystems, or healthcare software, you’ll understand the pace and complexity here immediately.
What You’ll Own
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for expanding U.S. commercial growth through direct sales execution, team leadership, and partnerships.
- Lead U.S. sales strategy and execution across hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, and strategic enterprise accounts
- Personally drive new logo acquisition and close high-value enterprise opportunities
- Manage and develop a growing sales team, providing coaching, structure, accountability, and deal support
- Act as a player-coach, balancing frontline selling with leadership responsibilities
- Build and expand partnerships, including channel partners, OEM relationships, and key industry stakeholders
- Develop repeatable sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and territory planning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and market fit
- Represent the company at conferences, trade events, and key customer meetings nationwide
- Identify growth opportunities across new verticals, product extensions, and regional market expansion
Who You Are
You’re not waiting for leads. You create them.
You don’t need a perfect process handed to you. You build one.
You’re comfortable hearing “no” and still winning the deal.

- Proven ability to develop channel partnerships, OEM relationships, or strategic alliances
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high expectations and minimal bureaucracy
