Job summary

ID.me is seeking a Senior Sales Director for Commercial and Workforce Identity Solutions. This fully remote leadership role will manage a small initial team of AEs/AMs, drive new logo acquisition and net revenue retention, and scale rapidly in a high-growth environment.

Experience in cybersecurity or identity solutions is highly preferred. You will develop territory plans, engage with CISO/CIO/VP stakeholders, and collaborate with multiple teams to accelerate deals and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS sales experience closing complex enterprise deals.
• 5+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying AEs/AMs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling into commercial or enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Growth mindset with experience scaling teams, processes, and playbooks in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC); Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quota targets for new business and net revenue retention.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for identity solutions.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close with executive stakeholders.
• Drive expansion and upsell motions within existing accounts to grow NRR.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to drive deals to close.
• Represent ID.me at industry events and customer engagements as needed.
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
• Anticipate and plan for rapid headcount and territory growth.
