Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Identity Security in the South Central region. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive strategic territory expansion, and ensure quota attainment through coaching, pipeline development, and effective account management.

Qualifications

• Results-driven leader with a proven track record of overachieving quotas.
• Strong ability to communicate with executive-level customers and teams.
• Experience selling cloud security, data protection, or AI solutions.
• Basic familiarity with CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Able to recruit, coach, and scale a regional sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional sales team and ensure quota attainment.
• Mentor Account Executives on prospecting, account management, and closing.
• Review sales activity and coaching needs; support career development.
• Identify growth areas; participate in recruiting and interviewing.
• Manage relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Maintain visibility of sales progress; escalate as needed.
• Assess customer needs and present effective solutions.
