Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to lead a team delivering Salesforce-based processes, data, and tooling that scale our GTM motions. You will own the RevOps roadmap and coach analysts and admins to execute with impact.

You will partner with Sales, Digital, IT, and data governance to optimize workflows, data quality, and forecasting. This is a remote role with hybrid on-site days near Dallas; travel is expected monthly.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations.
4+ years managing analysts and/or admins in a Revenue Operations function.
4+ years of Salesforce experience (SFDC Admin experience is a plus), plus CPQ or related quoting tool experience.
Experience supporting global organizations.
Proven ability to partner across teams to set priorities and drive multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Translate go-to-market strategy into Salesforce system, data, and process requirements.
Own the Salesforce backlog and RevOps roadmap, balancing new requests and maintenance based on impact.
Lead, coach, and develop RevOps Analysts and Admins; set priorities and ensure delivery.
Partner with Sales, Partner, Digital, IT, and data governance teams to align work with company goals.
Own workflow documentation from lead handoff to forecasting, quoting, and renewals.
Drive Salesforce data quality and territory integrity; use insights to guide investments.
