Pluralsight is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to lead a team delivering Salesforce-based processes, data, and tooling that scale our GTM motions. You will own the RevOps roadmap and coach analysts and admins to execute with impact.
You will partner with Sales, Digital, IT, and data governance to optimize workflows, data quality, and forecasting. This is a remote role with hybrid on-site days near Dallas; travel is expected monthly.

This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The annual US base salary range for this role is $121,600 - $160,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
