Job summary

Medely is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce experience across revenue ops. You will manage end-to-end administration, data definitions, and lead/account routing, while overseeing integrations and reporting.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance will be essential to scale our GTM systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design a clean, scalable data model, ensure data quality, and implement automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar with hands-on Salesforce administration.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency: object model, SOQL, cross-object formulas, trustworthy CRM data.
• Experience with integrations: Salesforce syncs with adjacent platforms; mapping and reconciliation.
• Strong diagnostic skills to trace data issues to sources rather than field names.
• Governance discipline: define, version, and enforce data hygiene at entry.
• Ability to own ambiguous business needs and build end-to-end systems for multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration end-to-end: security, object model, declarative automation.
• Define data dictionary and change control; ensure data hygiene at entry.
• Run lead and account routing end-to-end with accurate automation and drift monitoring.
• Oversee integrations and system architecture across engagement, enrichment, CS, support, and billing.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and Support.
• Act as single point of contact for GTM systems; decide what to build in-house vs. external.
