Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a sophisticated RevOps leader to align Implementation, Customer Success and leadership on data-driven strategies and scalable processes.

You will own KPI frameworks, forecasting, and operational excellence across CS and Implementation, driving measurable improvements in retention and expansion while partnering with executive leaders to transform data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting frameworks across CS organization - customer health trajectories, adoption milestones, churn risk signals, and expansion revenue potential
• Build the analytics layer that connects implementation activity to downstream customer outcomes
• Design and govern process standards and documentation for implementation and CS
• Own the RevOps relationship with tools and platforms - understand system architecture and drive improvements
• Develop retention analytics and KPI frameworks for CS and Implementation
