Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a RevOps Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Revenue Operations and the broader business. You will translate priorities into executable plans, align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive initiatives from definition through implementation.

You will help establish how project management operates within Revenue Operations as the function grows, collaborating with Sales, Systems, Deal Desk, and more while maintaining governance and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, business operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business processes and operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous priorities into clear, executable plans across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across Revenue Operations functions and broader organization.
• Develop concise, executive-ready updates on progress, risks, decisions, and health of initiatives.
• Identify dependencies and blockers, escalates where needed, and drive resolution.
