Job summary

Solink is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to partner with GTM leaders, shaping data-driven strategies and forecasts for a high-growth enterprise sales motion.

You will steward the integrity of GTM data in Salesforce, build scalable dashboards, and drive end-to-end revenue processes from lead to renewal across cross-functional teams.

Strong hands-on Salesforce, SQL, and BI experience, plus excellent remote collaboration, are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with hands-on Salesforce.
• Experience supporting an enterprise sales organization with complex deal structures and deep integration with quoting, billing, contracting and order management.
• Experience with lead management for ABM and large-scale expansions.
• Experience designing and executing new sales processes from 0-to-1, with scalability in mind.
• Strong technical fluency: Excel, BI platforms (Tableau), and SQL for extraction and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability navigate cross-functional stakeholders in a large, complex organization during periods of transition.
• Excellent project management skills and strong written communication in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to forecast, insights, and growth hypotheses.
• Build dashboards and reports providing real-time pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Own data integrity, automation gaps, and process bottlenecks.
• Drive end-to-end revenue processes from lead qualification through close, deployment, expansion and retention.
