Job summary

Osano is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to scale our GTM engine. You will own CRM strategy in HubSpot, data architecture, and the GTM tech stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to drive growth.

This hands-on role focuses on data integrity, forecasting, dashboards, and governance. You’ll design scalable processes, automate workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles in SaaS.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and data governance.
• Experience with CPQ platforms (DealHub preferred) and pricing models.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data modeling.
• Experience with low-code integrations (Zapier or Make).
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects from discovery to implementation.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy, data architecture, workflows, and governance in HubSpot.
• Ensure data quality across customer lifecycle for accurate forecasting.
• Oversee GTM tech stack integration and scalability.
• Design lead routing, territory management, and account assignment.
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring revenue reports.
• Improve end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with Sales/Finance/CS to optimize quote-to-cash and renewals.
