Job summary

Osano is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own CRM administration (HubSpot), dashboards, and data quality across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance in a fully remote U.S. setting. You will optimize the GTM tech stack, automate workflows, and support revenue forecasting with accurate reports.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, implement automation, and drive efficiency while maintaining clean data and reliable systems for growth at Osano.

Qualifications

• HubSpot admin experience with workflows, sequences, and automation.
• CPQ management experience including consumption pricing models (DealHub preferred).
• Understanding recurring revenue metrics (MRR/ARR) and retention reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills with advanced formulas and data visualization.
• Experience maintaining integrations in low-code platforms like Zapier.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration (HubSpot), manage fields, workflows and permissions.
• Audit and maintain CRM data health across funnel to revenue for forecasting and reporting.
• Manage GTM tech stack integrations across sales, marketing and CS.
