Job summary

Osano, a fully remote data privacy company in the United States, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize GTM systems, data, and processes. You’ll own CRM administration (HubSpot), build dashboards, and streamline revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance.

You will partner with teams to ensure accurate forecasting, lead attribution, and pipeline reporting, while implementing automation that reduces manual work and accelerates revenue growth.

Qualifications

• HubSpot CRM administration with workflows and webhooks.
• CPQ management experience (DealHub preferred).
• Understanding of recurring revenue metrics (MRR/ARR, retention, expansion).
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills with advanced formulas and data visualization.
• Experience maintaining low-code integrations (Zapier).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration and data health across funnel to revenue.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports for pipeline and revenue in HubSpot and Sheets.
• Manage GTM tech stack integrations to ensure reliability and documentation.
• Design scalable revenue processes and handoffs across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Support quote-to-cash, deal desk, and renewal processes with Sales and Finance.
