Job summary

Kpler is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Business Intelligence team in the United States. You will own the revenue analytics pillar, modeling data from Salesforce and subscription billing, building scalable BI assets, and delivering end-to-end analytics to Sales, Finance, and RevOps.

Work with Looker, LookML, and AI-assisted tools while collaborating across multiple time zones. You will influence ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, and renewal reporting, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and data quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or BI, with end-to-end ownership of a data domain.
• Strong SQL and hands-on BigQuery experience.
• Deep understanding of data modeling: grain, dimensional modeling, deduplication.
• Production experience with Looker/LookML and dashboards.
• Experience with CRM and subscription data (Salesforce, Stripe) in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of revenue metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, pipeline, renewals.
• Experience with Git workflows and treating BI code as production software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain governed revenue datasets in BigQuery for ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline, churn, and renewals.
• Model data from Salesforce and billing systems into clear reporting tables.
• Build and maintain LookML models, Explores, and dashboards for revenue reporting.
• Deliver analytics end-to-end from requirements to documentation and testing.
• Contribute to AI revenue analytics tools with curated datasets and quality checks.
• Implement data quality checks to prevent issues from impacting stakeholders.
• Investigate revenue data escalations and address root causes.
• Apply software engineering practices to BI codebase including version control and testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, IT, Product, and Finance to define metrics.
• Explain revenue metrics to non-technical stakeholders and enable self-service data.
