Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations/BI Analyst to turn messy data into trusted numbers used by leaders to decide weekly. You will own recurring reporting, cleanse CRM data, and partner with Product and Exec teams to drive insights.

The role grows with the data footprint as new products and acquisitions come online. You will work closely with the Director, Revenue Operations, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools to deliver accurate dashboards and proactive analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations, BI, or data analytics, ideally with vertical SaaS in the service industry.
• Strong SQL skills, plus experience with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) and modern ETL (dbt).
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and recurring production reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with clean and messy data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly RevOps KPI dashboards covering GTM funnel, revenue, churn, and CS metrics.
• Support finance reporting, revenue-sharing, reconciliation, and financing product reporting.
• Clean and automate CRM data, close data-quality gaps, and integrate product usage data.
• Prototype AI-driven reports and scale them into production BI tools.
