Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure powering the Large Customer Sales channel.

You will develop AI-ready data foundations, govern semantic models, and deliver dashboards that drive Reddit's revenue strategy. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Data Science to translate insights into measurable action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4+ years in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or similar roles.
• 3+ years in SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years building dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing; BigQuery a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding to accelerate analysis.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and delivers results with urgency.
• Advertising/online marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically collaborate with Sales, GTM Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science.
• Build and govern semantic models and data foundations for dashboards and AI tools.
• Translate insights into actions to identify growth and optimize performance.
• Drive on-time delivery of insights and automate recurring reporting.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage revenue data pipelines in BigQuery.
