Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to partner with product, engineering, design, marketing and business development to drive user and revenue growth. You will lead measurement design, experimentation, and causal analyses to inform product decisions and strategy.

You will mentor junior data scientists, create self-serve tools, and define team KPIs to demonstrate impact. Strong SQL/Python/R skills and excellent stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Masters or PhD).
• 5+ years in data science or applied science roles (MS holders).
• 4+ years for PhD holders with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop action-oriented insights to drive product strategy and communicate results up to the C-suite.
• Improve experimentation practices and guide design and analysis of A/B tests.
• Create ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-serve data tools for cross-functional teams.
• Design and measure team KPIs to show quarterly impact.
• Engage with stakeholders to align DS work with business goals.
• Mentor junior data scientists and partners in best practices.
