Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Community Growth & Intelligence to lead growth analytics for the Community Growth organization. This remote-friendly role blends strategy, product insights, and operations, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.

You will drive prioritized investigations, define success metrics, and develop investment cases, while mentoring a small team of analysts to scale impact across Reddit’s communities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in community growth, strategy and operations, or related field.
• Ability to size opportunities and build investment cases.
• Translate analysis into prioritization decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong KPI definition and measurement framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth intelligence agenda and inform roadmaps.
• Frame growth opportunities into hypotheses and plans.
• Build investment cases linking strategy, resources and impact.
• Establish metrics and partner with Data Science on analyses.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate results to leaders.
• Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists.
