Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Revenue Analytics to shape the company’s revenue strategy through robust data tooling and scalable dashboards. Remote US-based role requiring fluency in SQL and BigQuery, with responsibilities spanning ETL governance and data pipeline optimization.

You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Data Science to translate complex data into actionable business insights, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing improvement of analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
• Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI tools.
• Translate insights into action, guiding partners to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Drive operational excellence, ensure timely insights, automate recurring reporting, and improve data models.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL and pipelines in BigQuery.
