Job summary

UniGroup is seeking a Senior Move Management Coordinator to serve as the main liaison for customers throughout relocation, coordinating domestic shipments from start to finish and ensuring a seamless, compliant experience.

You will collaborate with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to keep moves on track, while identifying trends and supporting training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process, providing guidance and support from start to finish.
• Coordinate domestic household goods shipments while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in government and company systems to support service quality and operational performance.
• Partner with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful move execution.
• Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.
• Support team success through training, mentoring, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
