Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the client's move.
• Respond promptly to the client's initial request.
• Travel to and from clients' residences and related appointments.
• Measure, assess and layout floorplans for the new living environment.
• Pack and unpack client possessions safely and efficiently.
• Direct, assist loading/unloading and disposal of materials.
• Work with multiple moving companies and their teams.
• Develop knowledge of community resources to meet client needs.
• Lead, supervise and guide team members during the move.
• Perform basic computer tasks: portal navigation and data entry.
• Delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency.
• Aim for exceptional client experiences on every job.
• Problem-solve on the spot when issues arise.
• Schedule all necessary services to complete moves.
• Supervise multiple services simultaneously.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
• Clear, concise client, family, vendor, and team communication.
• Follow up post-job to ensure client satisfaction.
