Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the client's move from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to client requests and schedule visits.
• Travel to client residences for move-related appointments.
• Assess floorplans and layout for the new living environment.
• Assist with packing/unpacking and safe handling of possessions.
• Supervise loading/unloading and disposal of materials.
• Collaborate with moving teams and community resources as needed.
• Lead and guide team members throughout the move.
• Ensure timely documentation and clear client communication.
• Follow up with clients after job completion to confirm satisfaction.
