Qualifications

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international household goods moves from start to finish.
• Serve as main contact for clients, agents, and vendors with timely communication.
• Manage shipment timelines, vendor selection, and service coordination.
• Review and submit documentation, including insurance forms and paperwork.
• Maintain shipment data and notes in systems.
• Prepare financial summaries, invoice processing, and review charges.
• Monitor costs and support profitability across the shipment lifecycle.
• Obtain quotations, tariffs, and survey results for pricing support.
• Collect documentation required for audits and compliance.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to relevant teams.
• Provide after-hours support to ensure high service levels.
