Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a results-driven professional to manage a broad member portfolio. You will drive lending production, deepen relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor at various life stages with personalized, concierge-level service.

Responsibilities include owning the lending lifecycle, coordinating with internal partners, and providing proactive outreach to onboard and retain members. Illinois P&C and NMLS licenses are required or pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School or equivalent.
• Minimum: 2 — Relationship-focused, sales, lending, or financial services role.
• Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree — Business, Finance, Communications, or related
• Illinois P&C License within 60 days of hire
• NMLS registration within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Own the full lending lifecycle, including pipeline management, origination, and closing in alignment with policy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
• Provide white-glove service to newly onboarded members, guiding adoption through personalized outreach and education.
• Deliver curated product and lending solutions aligned to member needs, accelerating early relationship value.
