Job summary

Navigant Credit Union seeks a Member Relationship Advisor I to help members with their financial needs and provide a personalized experience. You will handle in-person, phone, and online service, processing transactions and opening accounts while promoting suitable products.

You will work toward sales targets, support loan processing, and collaborate with branches to deepen member relationships, all while upholding compliance and customer-first values.

Qualifications

• Tech-Savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; banking software helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication; service-oriented and able to educate members.
• Organizational skills; multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with ability to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
• Cross-sell products; assist members in opening accounts and recommend services; understand lending products.
• Assist with loan processing and member support; originate/close loans and update on status.
• Problem-solving & advocacy; address inquiries with empathy; adhere to BSA and SAFE Act.
• Collaborate with branches and partners to deepen member relationships.
• Engage in sales and community events; meet annual goals; act as a Navigant ambassador.
