Alliant Credit Union is seeking a results-driven professional to manage a broad member portfolio. You will drive lending production, deepen relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor at various life stages with personalized, concierge-level service.
Responsibilities include owning the lending lifecycle, coordinating with internal partners, and providing proactive outreach to onboard and retain members. Illinois P&C and NMLS licenses are required or pursued after hire.
Manage a broader and more complex member portfolio independently. Deliver lending production, deepen relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor across multiple member life stages. Build, manage, and deepen relationships with members through high-touch, personalized service and consultative lending expertise. Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned members, support them across key financial moments while driving lending production, engagement, and retention.

Typical hiring range: $41,900.00 to $59,400.00 Annually with incentive plan. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
