Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or commensurate experience is required.
• 1+ years of prior work experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with an outgoing, friendly, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in proactive financial review conversations, open new loan and deposit products, and build lasting relationships.
• Assist members through in person, phone, and digital channels.
• Develop knowledge of deposit and loan products and upsell appropriate accounts to meet goals.
• Promote credit union products and services to strengthen member relationships and drive growth.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues and assist with opening and closing procedures.
