Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of consumer lending and Visa products.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Lending, Visa, and Member Solutions teams to achieve loan and product targets.
• Conduct weekly sales coaching sessions to review goals and KPIs.
• Partner with lending manager to develop individual performance plans.
• Foster a high-performance, sales-driven culture with accountability for results.
• Oversee daily lending operations including origination, underwriting, funding, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and NCUA regulations.
• Collaborate on training for loan officers and NMLS compliance.
• Support system implementations and departmental projects.
• Align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
