Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Senior Registry Manager to oversee data abstraction, reporting, and registry operations across enterprise projects. This role coordinates with facility executives and clinical leads to translate clinical needs into analytic strategies and ensures timely data submission to governing entities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field, at least 3 years in quality/abstraction/registry with supervisory experience, and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to synthesize, analyze, and report registry data to support quality projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee data collection and submission for CMS, payor, and accreditation entities.
• Develop interoperability and validation processes for data accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide registry oversight and project execution with minimal supervision.
