Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, or registry with one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in healthcare data reporting and familiarity with CMS/ accreditation data submissions.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to analyze internal and comparative data supporting system strategic projects.
• Oversees registry compliance with state/federal regulations and external standards.
• Ensures timely collection and submission of data to CMS, payors, and accrediting bodies.
• Develops data systems, interoperability, and reporting tools for accuracy.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with service lines and executives on improvement plans.
• Directs audits for data validation and inter-rater reliability.
