Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full-time Registry Analyst/Lead in the Quality Abstraction department. The role will oversee clinical data synthesis, registry compliance, and enterprise-wide data reporting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team; healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards by the various agencies applicable to data abstraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data.
• Establish registry support services and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee data collection, submission, and reporting for CMS, payors, and accreditation entities.
• Develop interoperability and validity processes for abstraction and submission.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide registry oversight across multiple sites.
• Lead projects with minimal supervision and manage audit processes.
• Support service line committees with reporting for quality improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and regulatory compliance in data handling.
