Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Registry Manager to lead data abstraction, analysis, and reporting across enterprise quality initiatives. You will work with facility executives and service lines, oversee data submission to CMS and accreditation bodies, and drive improvements in clinical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality/abstraction/registry with 1 year supervision.
• Experience with healthcare data standards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to synthesize, distribute, and analyze data for system projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, submission, and reporting for CMS and accreditation bodies.
• Develop interoperability and validation processes for data accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and mentor staff.
