Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Registry Manager to lead clinical data synthesis and reporting across enterprise registries. You will collaborate with executives and service lines to drive improvement and ensure data quality for accreditation and regulatory submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a healthcare field, 3 years in quality/registry with at least 1 year supervising staff, and strong communication with stakeholders. Hybrid/remote work is available within eligible states.

Formación

• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Experience in orthopedic and/or trauma settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in data reporting and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to synthesize, analyze, and report internal and comparative data to support system-wide quality initiatives.
• Establish registry support services and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Oversee data collection, interoperability, and reporting for external accreditation and CMS data submissions.
