Advocate Health is seeking a qualified leader for a fully remote role focused on data abstraction, registry operations, and clinical analytics. You will oversee data collection, reporting, and interoperability to support system-wide quality initiatives across multiple facilities and service lines.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, 3 years in quality/registry with supervision, and strong communication and data management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• 5 years of orthopedic/trauma experience in clinical areas preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data to support system-wide quality projects.
• Establishes registry support services and ensures compliance with state/federal standards.
• Ensures timely collection and submission of data for CMS, Payor, and accreditation bodies.
