Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data-driven Registry Manager to lead clinical data synthesis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with facility executives and service line leaders to translate needs into analytic strategies and oversee registry operations enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in data quality, data management, and presentation.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards by applicable agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data supporting system strategic, operational and quality projects.
• Establish registry support services and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection and submission of complex data mandated by state and national databases (CMS, Payor, Accreditation).
• Oversee development and implementation of interoperability and validity processes for data abstraction and submission.
• Coordinate management oversight of all registries across the enterprise for accuracy and integrity of databases.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision and develop validation/audit processes for data quality.
