Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, abstraction or registry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Lead clinical data synthesis, distribution and analysis for system programs.
• Oversee data collection, reporting and submission standards for governing entities.
• Establish and monitor registry compliance with state/federal regulations and external accreditations.
• Coordinate data submission to CMS, Payor and accrediting bodies.
• Develop interoperability and validity processes for documentation and reporting.
• Manage and oversee multiple registries across the enterprise.
• Lead audits for inter-rater reliability and data validation.
• Provide HR and team leadership for registry staff.
