Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior Regional Key Account Manager Midwest role based in the United States. You will lead strategic account growth, manage Meijer relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration across brands and categories in a dynamic CPG environment.

You will forecast, plan and execute trade spends, develop regional processes, and build team capabilities to improve performance. Travel up to 50% is required, with opportunities for leadership and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years strategic sales experience in consumer packaged goods.
• 5+ years senior account management experience; Meijer exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic regional account growth and regional sales performance.
• Manage the Meijer account and drive profitable sales across brands and categories.
• Establish regional sales targets and develop account acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate product launches and trade support with internal teams and customers.
• Develop annual promotional and trade plans aligned with guidelines.
• Lead joint business planning, assortment reviews, and customer scorecards.
