Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG is seeking a Manager, National Accounts – Target / Midwest Grocery to lead strategic commercial growth for Target and Midwest Grocery accounts. The role oversees end-to-end relationship management with key national and regional customers and is the primary contact for account teams and partners.

You will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, negotiate contracts, and forecast demand while ensuring supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years in the CPG industry with sales/account management experience.
• Experience with Target POL system is required.
• Experience with syndicated data tools is required.
• Digital/Omnichannel expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and annual revenue targets.
• Drive distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotion strategy to optimize sales performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, distributors and brokers; foster strong relationships.
• Own account P&Ls to scale growth and manage budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute sales strategies.
