The role establishes a single point of accountability to maximize Kraft Heinz scale and brand impact with Meijer, driving profitability and share gains.

The Sr. CSM will collaborate with the ECM team and HQ Sales to manage in-store execution, trade programs, and key customer reviews, while mentoring the customer team

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes (forecasting, promo planning, multiyear strategy development).
• Previous experience owning a P&L and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develops and mentors customer business team; collaborates across ECM and HQ Sales.
• Leads cross-functional planning in category mgmt, supply chain efficiency, and local marketing.
• Builds customer profitability through programs, new item introductions and distribution.
• Manages trade spend, ROI, and budget alignment for Kraft Heinz with Meijer.
