Job summary

Barcel USA LLC in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Regional Key Account Manager to lead the Meijer account and other regional customers. You will develop strategic plans, grow accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish desirable; travel about 50%; experience in CPG and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in CPG.
• Experience calling on Meijer or major retailers.
• Bilingual English and Spanish desirable.
• Travel: Domestic 50%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional account strategy for Meijer and key customers.
• Coach and develop the regional accounts team to meet targets.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Deliver annual volume and manage trade spend and profit plan.
