Custom Learning Designs is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and own the internal recruiting function from the ground up. This remote, high-visibility role focuses on revenue-generating teams, full-time and contract talent, with support from an external recruiting partner during the buildout.

You will lead sourcing, pipelines, and metrics, partnering with HR and leaders to align recruiting with business needs and scale as the organization grows.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in a high-volume environment.
• Operate independently as a "team of one".
• Experience partnering with external recruiting vendors.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to PE-backed environments is a plus.
• Experience in pharma services or medical writing is a plus.
• Must be based in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for evergreen and recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with HR Manager, VP of Operations, department leaders, and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a bench of freelance/contract talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for recurring and growth hires.
• Help evolve ATS, pipelines, and sourcing tools.
• Report on recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a strong candidate experience and employer brand.
• Balance speed, quality, and flexibility in talent pipelines.
• Establish and improve recruiting processes to scale CLD.
